Return and Exchange Policy

To initiate a return, please ensure that your item is unused and in the original condition it was received, complete with all packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Eligibility for Returns: Please note that certain conditions may result in partial refunds:

• Items not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
• Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a designated timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay. Shipping Information: To return your product, please mail it to the address provided above. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

For items valued over ₹5000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Please allow 2 to 15 days for the delivery of your exchanged product, depending on your location.
